Rolling Hills is a quiet, gated city, and I couldn't find any public Halloween events listed inside the gates this year. The good news: some of the best events nearby are only a few minutes from the gates.

Trunk or Treat at Christ Lutheran Church and School

Howl-O-Ween Dog Paw-Rade
