Rancho Palos Verdes Halloween Events 2026: Dog Paw-Rade, Trunk or Treat and More

Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, and Rancho Palos Verdes has two great in-town events: a dog costume parade at Eastview Park and a Friday trunk or treat on Western Avenue. I verified each one on its source page and linked it below.

I also added a few close by, including the Promenade PV carnival and an evening Halloween experience in San Pedro.

Halloween Events This Weekend

Howl-O-Ween Dog Paw-Rade

Date: Saturday, Oct 31, 2026

Free. Put the dog in a costume and join the parade. This one is a crowd favorite every year.

Trunk or Treat at Christ Lutheran Church and School

Decorated car trunks, candy, and a friendly community crowd. A nice Friday warmup before the big night.

Halloween Carnival and Trick or Treat at Promenade PV

Date: Friday, Oct 30 to Sunday, Nov 1, 2026
Time: Carnival rides Fri 5 to 9 PM, Sat 12 to 9 PM, Sun 12 to 8 PM. Saturday trick or treat, haunted house and free cotton candy 3 to 6 PM, costume contest 4:30 PM

Trick or treating at the mall is back, plus carnival rides all weekend. Easy parking and fully walkable for little ones.

Halloween Farm and Craft Event at Valmonte Farm and Garden

Date: Saturday, Oct 31, 2026

Getting Around and Making a Night of It
