    My sister and I inherited a home in Redondo Beach that we needed to sell. We were given three names of local realtors. Ben was the first one we met, and we didn't need to meet with the other two. Ben was professional, presented the home beautifully and kept us informed about showings and potential buyers. He helped us stage the home so that it showed to it's full potential. The listing included a drone camera showing the area and how close the home was to the ocean. Maybe that is why the home sold the first week.
